The main areas covered are the solar system, stars, galaxies, cosmology, and possibility of extraterrestrial life. The amount of emphasis placed on each area may vary according to the individual instructor’s interest. (Fall, Spring)

Course Exclusion: This course may not be used for credit towards the requirements for a PHY major.
