ESS 103 - Strategies for Fitness and a Healthy Lifestyle 2 Credit Hour(s) Laboratory: 0 Recitation: 2 Alternative Mode: 0
This course is designed to educate students on the development of strategies for adopting a healthy lifestyle. Topics include physical fitness components, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Self-assessment of various components of fitness and health practices is a focus.
