ESS 103 - Strategies for Fitness and a Healthy Lifestyle

This course is designed to educate students on the development of strategies for adopting a healthy lifestyle. Topics include physical fitness components, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Self-assessment of various components of fitness and health practices is a focus.

Course Exclusion: Students cannot earn credit hours for this course and HHP 103 credit.
