Introduction to the American legal institutions and sources of law with emphasis on ethics, torts, criminal law, contracts and sales. The course is one of two courses which cover the business law content specified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Course Exclusion: Students with credit for BAE 318 will not receive credit for BUS 318.
