ATR 682 - Therapeutic Interventions II 4 Credit Hour(s)
This course introduces the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, implement, and evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic exercise for the treatment of soft tissue injuries and other relevant conditions and illnesses commonly suffered by athletes and physically active individuals. Comprehensive examination of the theory and clinical application of therapeutic interventions including rehabilitations and modality treatments for orthopedic patients during the remodeling phase of healing. AT students will critically evaluate and apply current research into clinical practice. This course will consist of 3 hours of lecture with 1 hour of laboratory activities. (Fall)
