ATR 590 - Research Methods I


2 Credit Hour(s)

Students will gain an understanding of research in Athletic Training. Students will also learn how to build and expand knowledge for development and improvement of healthcare by academicians and clinicians at all levels. Course topics will include understanding different types of research, research writing style, formulating a topic and effectively reviewing the literature. The course will also help students develop the critical skills necessary to interpret and to convey research results. This course will be conducted as a 2 credit hour lecture-based course. (Summer)
