MUS 104 - Introduction to Piano

This course involves group piano lessons, where various aspects of piano skills are introduced and refined. Skills developed will include: note literacy, basics of music theory, harmonization, sight-reading, solo repertoire, and ensemble playing. Introduction to piano is not a part of a music degree and will not count towards it. It is a preparatory level piano course that serves to introduce piano skills to the non-music major students. (Spring)

Course Exclusion: This class does not count as a music elective for music majors.
